Accenture to Acquire Ookla in $3 Billion Deal Accenture has entered into an agreement to acquire Ookla, a global leader in network intelligence and competitive benchmarking, for approximately $3 billion. The acquisition is expected to strengthen Accenture's ability to provide end-to-end network intelligence services to enterprises and Communications Service Providers (CSPs).
