Other notable incidents included degraded performance on usage and analytics admin API endpoints on April 14, and an outage affecting workspace creation on the same day. Additionally, email login was down on April 11, and there were elevated errors on requests to non-Opus models from April 10.

Claude AI's reliability insights show a 93.33% uptime over this period, with some incidents resulting in service disruptions. The company is working to resolve any remaining issues and has applied fixes for several of the incidents mentioned above.
