From the stage to the future: Where are Startup Battlefield’s alumni now?

Some of the most successful tech companies in history didn't launch with a big funding announcement, but rather with a pitch on the TechCrunch Startup Battlefield stage. Over 1,700 companies have competed on the Battlefield stage, raising $32 billion in total funding and generating over 250 exits.

Dropbox, Cloudflare, Discord, Mint, Trello, Forethought, N26, and many others are all alumni of the Startup Battlefield network. Alumni have even acquired each other - Dropbox bought fellow alumnus DocSend in 2021. The stage has also launched careers for founders like Kevin Damoa, who built his company Glīd after serving in military logistics.

The numbers are impressive: $32 billion raised and over 250 exits, including acquisitions by major tech companies like Microsoft, Google, and Amazon. And with the application deadline extended to June 8, there's still a chance for new founders to join the illustrious alumni community.
