Definition

Net Revenue Retention (NRR or NDR) measures the percentage of recurring revenue retained from existing customers, including expansions, upgrades, and downgrades. NRR above 100% means your existing customers are growing your revenue.

📌 Example

If you start with $1M ARR from existing customers and those customers generate $1.15M by year-end, your NRR is 115%.
