OKR

Objectives and Key Results

Definition

OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) are a goal-setting framework that links high-level qualitative objectives to specific, measurable outcomes. Popularized by Google, they're now standard at most growth-stage startups. Objectives are ambitious; Key Results are numeric.

📌 Example

Objective: 'Become the go-to tool for indie developers.' Key Results: (1) Reach 10K signups, (2) Hit NPS of 50+, (3) Get featured in 5 developer newsletters.
